Deposit - Cancellation - Security Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit equal to 35% of the full rental is payable NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS after initial reservation.  if the deposit is not received in the 7 day time frame the reservation is CANCELLED.

The balance of the rental is payable no later than 30 days prior to the first day of check in. 

Bayside Lodging Rentals accepts Checks, Cashier Checks, Discover, MasterCard & VISA.

Upon receipt of deposits & balance payments Renter will receive a Written Confirmation.  The perferred method of  delivery is via email.  Written Confirmation can be alternately delivered via FAX or Postal Mail.  Bayside Lodging Rentals is not responsible for loss of Written Confirmations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations need to be made at least 30 days prior to the first day check in for your vacation.  A full refund will be given upon re-rental of the vacation rental you have selected.  If the rental location is not re-rented no monies will be refunded.

In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days NO REFUND even if the location is re-rented.
