The lower walkout "rec" room has large family room with ping pong table, dart board, big screen TV/Dish & game equipment; 1 bedroom; full bath; laundry room with washer & dryer & patio door to the outside patio area. 

On the patio is a BBQ grill & lawn furniture, camp fire burner & a terrific lakeview.  A loft bunk house overlooks the living room & has 5 twin beds.  At the water is a pier & canoe.

This spots is just about 1/2 mile from the Sugar Camp trails.  Great spot for a winter "sledding" vacation!

Rental Rates:

• $1800/week PRIME SEASON - 6 guests. $50/week per guest maximum of 10 guests.
• Split week rentals available Fall, Winter & Spring.
