The Villa has 2 bedrooms - 2 bath, The 10 year old vacation home is lakeside on Watersmeet lake & right on the snowmobile trail! Great Musky fishing.

This Villa is loaded with extras:

3C has satellite dish, 2 color TV's, central air/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas fireplace & lakeview patio door walkout with patio/furniture & gas grill. Pier slip. Totally handicap compliant.

The Master bedroom with queen bed & private bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a Sleeper sofa in the living room. The Villa accommodates 6 guests.

All linens & towels included.                                              

Rental Rates:

• Rentals start at $1000 per week & $100-$150 per night - 4 guest
• $50 per week per guest - maximum of 6
• Monthly Rentals start at $750 per month PLUS utilities.
