We have attempted to design programs to be as flexible or specific as needed to meet each homeowners needs.

Following are basic descriptions of the styles of programs available, to give you an idea of services available.  Please keep in mind that each program can be tailored to meet your specific needs.  This can be as little as mowing the lawn to construction additions to your home.  Call for a pricing tailored to meet your needs.

RENTAL PROGRAM PLUS

The Rental Program Plus offers, for a 35% commission, marketing of your property for rental.  the reservation is booked, confirmed, checked in and out, and rental payment colelcted and disbursed by BAYSIDE.  Inspections of property before check in and after check out is also included. 

Marketing strategies used include direct mail, minimal newspaper advertising, advertising in local Chamber lodging books, group brochure advertising, you own internet web pafe advertising and links to a variety of other rental & area sites.

Enhanced marketing that includes participation at travel and lodging shows, individually designed brochures promoting your property. 

A complete rental readiness package, which includes cleaning/housekeeping, janitorial/light maintenance, purchasing of all necessary supplies, laundry service, garbage collection and payment for same.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS

In addition to the Rental Program, BAYSIDE, also offer Property Management Programs designed to care for your "slice of the Northwoods".  Pricing for these program is specifically tailored to your property and needs so call for details and pricing.

RENTAL INSPECTION PACKAGE

Not sure if you want to rent your vacation property?  For a fee we will schedule an appointment to either meet with you personally or on our own to view your vacation spot.  Following our visit we will prepare a report which will include rental possibilities, rates and recommendations.
